The individual members of The Basics Band have a combined entertainment experience history of well over 100 years, including studio audio and video production, in everything from jazz to Classical.

   A Brief Biography
 

Our members have played with Mel Carter, Danny Aiello, Danny Bonaduce and The Soul Survivors at Trumps Castle, Tropicana Hotel, and Bally's Casino and Hotel. They have worked with Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Oscar Peterson, REO Speedwagon, Keith Emerson, Dennis DeYoung of Styx and Chuck Leavell (keyboards for the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton and the Allman Brothers).

 We have been members of the touring and recording bands for Sammy Johns, Hall & Oates, Billy Idol and Scandal. We have opened for bands such as Edgar Winter and countless others. One member even includes a successful stint as a professional ballet dancer and musical theater performer (hint - it's not one of the guys!).
